ARO Wear Store offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.

Eligible Reasons for Return:
A return will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Size issue
- Incorrect color
- Damaged product or poor parcel condition
Photos and/or video of the parcel are required

Return Process:
To request a return, please contact the ARO Wear Store helpline. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

Refund:
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be transferred to your account within 7 days.

Delivery Duration

Delivery Time: 3 to 7 days after order confirmation.

Before delivery, the delivery person will call you.
Please receive your parcel on time to avoid any issues.
